PRIVACY POLICY FOR PAGKAIN CHECK

ImagineLaw, Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates the Pagkain Check
mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how
we handle information when you use the App.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal
information about you. We do not require accounts, logins, or
registration.

The App processes the following information locally on your
device:

- Nutrition values you enter manually.
- Photos of nutrition labels you take for OCR scanning.
- Barcodes you scan.

This information is processed on your device and is not
transmitted to ImagineLaw or any third party that we control.

2. INTERNET REQUESTS

When you scan a product barcode, the App sends the barcode
number (and only the barcode number) to the Open Food Facts
database (https://world.openfoodfacts.org) to retrieve product
information. The Open Food Facts service has its own privacy
policy, which you can review on their website.

Aside from this barcode lookup, the App does not connect to any
servers controlled by ImagineLaw, and we do not receive any
data from the App.

3. CAMERA AND PHOTOS

The App requests access to your device's camera so you can scan
nutrition labels and barcodes. Images captured for OCR are
processed entirely on your device using Google ML Kit's
on-device text recognition. Images are not uploaded to any
server. Images are not retained by the App after processing.

4. CHILDREN

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The
"Last updated" date above will reflect any changes.
