Tamang alaga sa nutrisyon ng pamilyang Pilipino.

Food is at the center of our relationships as Filipinos; it's our way of showing love, celebrating milestones, and caring for family.

Pero sa bansang umaapaw ng unhealthy food sa ating mga pamilihan at panooran, how do we make sure that our labors of love don't come at the cost of our health?

Let’s take a closer look at how the food we love—and how it’s marketed—shapes our health and choices.

These concerns, if left unchecked, will continue to affect generations of Filipino consumers.

Public health needs real protections in the form of urgent legislative action.

Mandate front-of-pack warning labels for unhealthy food and beverages

Require clear, easy-to-understand labels on products high in fats, sodium, or sugar (HFSS) para alam ng bawat consumer kung ano ang nasa pagkain nila.

Ban child-directed marketing of unhealthy products

Ipagbawal ang paggamit ng cartoons, mascots, free toys, at iba pang uri ng marketing tactic para i-promote ang unhealthy food and drinks sa mga bata.

Restrict the promotion of unhealthy foods in child-centered spaces

Panatilihing ligtas ang mga bata mula sa sale and promotion of unhealthy food and drinks sa mga paaralan, playgrounds, and other spaces meant to nurture children.

Strengthen health and nutrition literacy.

Palawakin ang information campaign tungkol sa kalusugan para maging mas mapanuri ang mga pamilya sa pagpili ng pagkain.

Hold the Food & Beverage industry accountable.

Expose and regulate corporate tactics that undermine public health, kabilang na ang deceptive marketing and misleading health claims.

Institutionalize a Healthy Food Environment.

Push for the passage and implementation of the HFE Bill to guarantee a healthy food environment for all Filipinos.

Building a healthy food environment isn’t just a personal responsibility. Lahat may ambag: mula pamilya hanggang palasyo.

Hold industries accountable. Empower Filipinos to choose better.
